Who is Mister Koshi?

Onthea? she floats around apparently very concerned about, something? Yesturday she was trying to join a religion, I think today she talked about mapping the abyss? I know she dislikes merchants, she'll gladly spend an hour arguing over every single piece of jink, only to then give several bars away to a street mucisian, and loves the smell of freshly cut paper. She claims there is no such thing as chaos and says order is very important, at times she seems like a being of chaos herself, but you'd have to be willing to enter a very long debate to convince her of that, and she does not mind talking for hours.

Why is she here?

I heard people claim she was exiled from mount celestia, if you ask her she will say she is here to leave this place and go on for a while about the the multiverse, frogs and bottles. she spends as much time listening as she does during the darndest things, and one thing I can say for sure is she is here to learn "something" i'm not sure what that is, i'm not even sure she is sure she knows what it is.

Anything else?

Apparently she plays the violin and the harp? she been skulking around shadows, and I swear she once made a half orc give up his seat for her. She apparently gave up on walking at some point, and claims that she doesn't eat, do Axani not need food? And then there is the way she dresses, is she in a "phase"? she used to wear white robes and now she looks like a fiend hovering about. I don't know she seems like trouble, a troublesome Guvner?

She friendly to anyone?

Onthea seems to be friendly with everyone she meets, i'm not sure she actaully knows how to be angry, or what she would do if she did get angry, heard someone got their eyes gouged out with greensteel

Desire- I don't know, she said something about a misunderstanding and then went on about a sensenate orb

Cay'Norn Kaeless- They seem to get along, at least she shuts up when he talks

Roldan- I've heard they spend at least sometime debating and talking about order and punishment, but I guess that's the triad

Glaucon- Onthea always says Glaucon is the best philosopher she ever met, she cant have met a lot i'm thinking

Jarel Towe- I don't want to be around those two together, I think they are married? or mortal enemies?

Spark- Onthea seems to lose the abillity to count around this woman, also she seems more excited and joyful, its stange, but I think they are friends.

Bizan- The doomguard and the guvner, who for somereason keep arguing over some issue and then walk away smiling about something, its a strange sight to behold

Quincy- Those two, I don't want to know what is they've done to eachother, I tried to hear the story, but it makes less sense than a drunk slaad

-Anyway, this spiv's old as dust. Hobbles around on a cane, but I've 'eard that's a peel. Cane looks odd too, love to get my mitts on it, see what the dark of it is.
