Disposition
Trait
I have my own ideas about what is and is not food, and I find the eating habits of those around me fascinating, confusing, or revolting.
Ideal
What's the point in powers if you aren't powerful? You plan to make your enemies kneel before you.
Bond
I idolize Circe, and measure my accomplishments against hers.
Flaw
People who are superstitious about Magic are idiots, and not worth my time.
Ignatious Na Mágoszade, better known as Ignatios, is a truculent tiefling wizard.
Aspect
Low upon Ignatious' bald scalp, an arcane tattoo lies faintly. Beneath black vestigial horns, his red eyes, with their viper-like irises, stare coldly. Smirking at your examination, the tiefling shows dual fangs.
Openly displayed atop his hellene garb, Ignatios has a short chain dangling before his right torso - depicting the symbol of Hekate, the Olympian goddess of magic, the moon, and abundance! Various fetishes and herbs are neatly tied round his girdle.
Backstory
Ribcage’s towers glower at Ignatios, as the tiefling wizard glances back at the city. A wizard in Ribcage, the tiefling knew, is merely another fool, trying to pull down other fools. Ignatios seeks something greater: true magical power. The goddess Hekate would provide that power, if he showed deserving.
Ever since childhood, his grandmother - despised but respected by the family - told him stories. The story of the Proxy Circe, who performed magical wonders and manipulations in the name of Hekate, intrigued the young boy. But as the boy became a man, his family’s plans overtook his dreams. He was married to the youngest daughter of a senator, and their marriage grew into an exercise in mutual hatred. Parties and meetings, polite but dangerous discussions, strict schedules and exacting manners… these became the order of the day.
Ignatios had enough, two weeks ago. Thoroughly displeased, neither his wife nor his parents acknowledge his abscondence. So, Ignatios walks through the south city gates alone.
It is time to seek out true power. So, the tiefling wizard walks to the crossroads, towards Sigil first and - ultimately - towards Aeaea, the realm of Hekate herself!
