Dread Pirate
Thugs and cutthroats in every port lay claim to the title "pirate," but actually making a fortune through piracy is no easy task. A dread pirate, however, has mastered every aspect of larceny on the high seas. Some dread pirates accomplish their goals through fear, killing indiscriminately and ruling their ships at rapier-point. Others minimize bloodshed and exhibit a curious sort of chivalry, perhaps realizing that the captain and crew of a prize ship are more likely to surrender if they believe they will live to see port again. Now and then a dread pirate takes their chivalric streak a step farther and preys only on the ships of enemy nations, or even solely on other pirates.

Fearsome Reputation
By the time a Dread Pirate attains 2nd level, they have developed a reputation on the high seas. At this point, they must choose whether to cultivate a reputation as an honorable pirate (avoiding undue bloodshed, honoring flags of truce, and the like) or as a dishonorable pirate (favoring mayhem and dire treatment of prisoners).
An honorable Dread Pirate (Good or Neutral alignments) gains a +2 circumstance bonus to Persuade checks, while a dishonorable Dread Pirate (Evil alignment) gains a +2 circumstance bonus to Intimidate checks. This bonus increases by +2 for every 2 levels in Dread Pirate.
Wind at your Back
A Dread Pirate of 3rd level or higher gains a 10% increase to their movement rate.
Rope Swinger
A Dread Pirate gains a +5 competence bonus to Escape Artist checks, as well as the ability to cast Expeditious Retreat 1x/day. This increases to 2x/day at 6th level. At 9th level, this is replaced by the ability to cast Haste 3x/day. The duration is equal to three rounds per Dread Pirate level.
Shifting Deck
A Dread Pirate of 5th lever or higher gains a +5 competence bonus to Tumble checks.

Your fearsome reputation grows as a Dread Pirate and you may now commandeer vessels around the Outlands. (This system grants you a physical ship on the open sea, which can be used to move around the Outlands.)
Come About
At 6th level, a Dread Pirate gains a +5 insight bonus on Profession (Sailor) checks.
Concealed Weapon Attack
The Dread Pirate gains a +2d6 Sneak Attack bonus. This bonus stacks with any other sources of Sneak Attack damage the Dread Pirate might possess.

They also gain access to Aura of Vitality 3/Day, Battletide 5/Day, Flame Weapon 3/Day, Freedom of Movement 3/Day, Keen Edge 3/Day, Protection from Elements 3/Day, War Cry 5/Day. Immunity to fear and +10 Intimidate when held.
Scourge of the Seas
Once every ten minutes, a Dread Pirate can call forth a pair of pirate lackeys to fight at their side.
Improved Two-Weapon Fighting
At 10th level, when wearing light or no armour, the Dread Pirate gains the benefits of the Improved Two-Weapon Fighting feat.
