Bane is the power of tyranny and fear in the Faerûnian pantheon, but he is also worshipped in the Demiplane of Dread. He and his clergy seek to dominate all of Faerun by supporting the agents of Zhentil Keep. Although recently slain, he has returned from the dead through his own son, fostering great terror among the people of that sphere.
