The small and deceptive wisplings are halflings with the blood of Tanar'ri. They tend to have light brown skin and bright red hair. They are unnaturally stealthy, and have trouble standing still for any length of time.
NOTE: Wisplings are Planetouched, meaning they are far descendants of a Tanar'ri, or they came from a planar influence upon the child before birth. A Wispling may at the closest have a Tanar'ri great-grandparent (at least 3 generations).
Racial Traits
- -2 Strength, +2 Dexterity, +2 Intelligence, +2 Charisma
- Feat: Alter Self (1/day)
