This elf is perhaps 5 foot 8 and somewhat skinny for an adventurer. He moves with a smooth and confident gait. He doesn't seem to be especially muscular, but he seems sturdy enough to adventure. He's most commonly seen in a dark duster coat, his shirt beneath is covered in thin dark chains, seemingly decorative in purpose. The collar of his shirt extends upwards offering minimal protection to his neck.

His skin and hair are black as a patch of midnight that had never been cleared away. Even the whites of his eyes are black, yet his irises themselves are golden. He bears a number of scars despite his remarkably non-martial appearance. His features are angular and his nose is a bit narrow. his pointed ears are a little shorter than a typical elf's and bear a couple simple piercings. His hair is a somewhat shaggy length, but he keeps it fairly neat and secured away from his face.

Personality

Jay is somewhat awkward, but he generally seems nice. He really seems to enjoy in depth discussions on academic topics. He is a little silly, even performing magic tricks despite the major advantage his arcane training gives him at it. He does a pretty reasonable job of showmanship with his tricks, though. At times he can even be charming. However, like anyone, he isn't always sweet; at times he can get spiteful and angry. He also seems to get quickly frustrated in large crowds. He's become a bit of a flirt since he came to Sigil.

Relationships

He seems to get along well with Elianes, and will often make time to talk to her if she's around. Usually if they are around each other he stands near her even when not speaking directly to her. He works for SIGIS, so Nileen is his boss, or so he says, but she hasn't been around lately and he occasionally expresses concern for the missing halfling. He has an interesting relationship with Naaziira, he seems to like her, despite the fact that she usually puts him on edge. Some rumors circulate that he has a crush on Senna but he is rarely seen speaking with her anymore, they never really seemed very close either.
