Ralishaz is a god of chance, misfortune, and madness worshipped on Oerth. He is a shapechanger, constantly changing form and gender, alternately beautiful and hideous.

The power, popular among Xaositects and the Bleak Cabal, proclaims that order does not exist, only random chance. The insane are the ones who are most in tune with the true nature of the multiverse. Ralishaz shuns the other gods, although he doesn't appear to harbor any hatred for them.
