A rather recent arrival in the City of Doors, Crocell, has not yet remarked himself in many ways, but those few he has met he always manages to puzzle somehow. A bit of an enigma, he claims to have braved Carceri before he arrived in Sigil, as well as never truly being born, as much as he simply began existing as matter took purpose in the Multiverse. Whether or not there is any truth to the matter or he is simply touched in the head remains to be seen, but fact remains that despite his strange manner, he is very knowledgeable about a vast many things. He claims to be a Librarian, with an intent to record the fundamental laws or lack thereof, that govern the very fabric of the Multiverse. He is, however, a far reach from the usual studious type, having a very real connection to the world around him, instead of one found through books.

Whereever he goes, he is always discussing deeper meanings in everything, morality, philosophy and the underlying mechanics that govern the universe. Strangely enough, he is just as able to discuss these things with a Guvner as a Chaosman, seemingly of the belief that they are simply two sides of the same coin. He rarely takes sides in any moral discussion, instead exploring the facets that any extremes are required in order to maintain balance in the Multiverse, yet for some reason he always seem to be right at home, where ever he might find himself. It is as if he is an integral part of everywhere, where he is encountered, from Sigil, to the peaceful plains of Elysium, and strangely enough, also the chaotic fires of the Abyss.

Many things can be said of him, but one thing is quite for certain - he is no ordinary man, despite his appearance.
