Stonelord:

Earth's Endurance - 1 con for every 2 stonelord levels +1 from d6+1. Now undispellable.
Earth's Strength - 1 str for every 2 stonelord levels +1 from d6+1. Now undispellable.
Meld Into Stone - Now applies Earth's Blood but 12 x consitution modifer and 18 regen per round. Lasts 1 round per two con modifier from 1 round per stonelord level. Now properly fully immune to any attack and is undispellable.
Earthskin - 5/+20 DR from 10/+5. Maximum aborption 10 per con modifier from 10 per stonelord level. New 30 resist and 50% immunity to acid while active. Made undispellable.
Earth Brawler - Constitution requirements raised.
Earthquake - DC 21 base from 19. Deals d10 x 1.25 per con modfier from 1 per stonelord level.
Greater Earthskin - 10/+20 DR from 20/+5. Maximum absorption 20 per con modifier from 10 per level. Now grants 5 temp hp per con modifier and 100% acid immunity while active. Made undispellable.
Divine Champion:
Divine Wrath - DR 5/+5 from 5/+1.
Stalwart Defender:
Defensive Stance now has unlimited uses a day with a 3 round cooldown between toggling. It applies +4 constitution, +2 strength, +2 saves, and AC equal to half the Stalwart Defender class levels. While in Defensive Stance, the Stalwart Defender's movement speed is slowed by 66%. (Loops)
Shadowdancer:
Vanilla summons replaced.
Druid:
Elemental Swarm - Custom summon monster 9 loop infinitely. Turns per level from 24 hours.
Awaken - Also grants +4 dex, +4 AC, and +100 temp hp.
Nature's Balance - Now heals 10d10 + 5 per caster level from 3d8 +1 per caster level. Applies AoE 30 SR and +6 saves for 1 turn every 2 caster levels (does not stack). Lowers enemy SR d6 per 5 caster levels instead of d4. SR debuff lasts 1 round per 1/2 caster level from 1/3 level.
Tortoise Shell - VFX no longer radioactive. (Loops)
Cleric:
Shield of Faith - 3 + 1 per every 10 caster levels from 2 + 1 per 7 caster levels. 5 AC cap now only possible if level 20 cleric.
Magic Vestment - 3 + 1 per every 10 caster levels from 1 +1 per 3 caster levels. 5 AC cap now only possible if level 20 cleric.
Mass Heal - Now also works on non-partied targets if not hostile. Half damage on successful will save. (Madhashi3)

Dread Pirate:
Morale Boost +4 ab boost now turns from rounds. New VFX.
Blackguard:
Vanilla summons replaced. Loyalty's Boon summons a greater fiend at level 10.
Pale Master:
Vanilla summons replaced.
Monk:
Empty Body - Turns per level instead of rounds, applies +2 dodge AC.
Quarterstaves, shuriken, and katanas now work like unarmed/kamas for monk BAB and Flurry of Blows.
Bard:
Bard Song - Properly scales at 20 and into epic. Level 20 grants +30 rounds and SR for 10 + bard level.
Curse Song - Properly scales at 20 and into epic. Level 20 grants +30 rounds and 2x perform sonic dmg.
Wounding Whispers - 0.25 bonus damage per level. New VFX.
Warcry - Turns per level from rounds. Level 1-8 = +1 ab/dmg, level 9-14 = +2 ab/dmg, level 15+ = +3 ab/dmg.
Dirge - Turns per level from rounds.
Paladin:
Paragon's Aid - Trumpet Archon summon for level 20 paladin.
Arcane Archer:
Imbue Arrow - Fireball properly 10d6 + 1d6 per half AA level. DC properly 10 + AA level + dex mod. 10d6 single target magic damage instead of 5 max.
Seeker Arrow - 6d10 magic damage instead of 5 max. New caltrops effect with DC 10 + AA level + dex mod reflex save vs kd for 1 round and slow movement speed 75% for 4 rounds.
Hail of Arrows - 8d6 magic damage instead of 5 max. 40 maximum targets from 10.
Arrow of Death - Death DC 15 + dex mod instead of 20 flat. Now also deals 12d12 magic dmg even on successful enemy save.
Psion:
Time Shift - 50 points from 16.
Stasis Field - 110 points from 80.
Psychic Crush - 35 points from 7.
Cannibalize - Inflicts 30 self dmg. 2 minute wait between uses.
Summon Planar Creature - Summons fixed and cap lowered to 18 from 20 for greater gate
summons. Cost 70 from 80.
Pyschic Blade - Now gets keen at psion level 14. Added magic damage scaling 1 + (psion level/5). Reworked EB to 1 + (psion level/5) to hit 4 EB at psion 15 and +5 in epics. Grants onhit stun at psion 18 with a DC of 13 + (psion level/3). Cost 30 from 21.
Misc Spell Updates:
Ethereal Visage - Turns per level from rounds, 50% concealment from 25%, 10/+4 DR from 20/+3, immunity to spells 1-3 from 1-2.
Create Greater Undead - Vanilla summons switched out. May still be replaced with an undead tome.
Ghostly Visage - 5/+3 DR from 5/+1, 20% concealment from 10%.
Healing Circle - d20 base healing from d8, +2 per caster level heal instead of 1. Double dmg
vs undead. Caster level cap 30 from 20.
Displacement - Turns per level from rounds. New VFX.
Death Armor - +8 dmg cap from +5.
Amplify - Turns per level from rounds.
Clairaudience - Turns per level from rounds.
Magic Weapon - +2 from +1.
See Invis - 10 turns per level from 1.
Shapechange - 10 turns per level from 1.
Earthquake - Caster level dmg cap increased to 30 from 10.
Mist of Eldath - Heals an additional d20, more ailment cures added to list.
Crumble - d8 from d6, caster level dmg cap 20 from 15.
Monstrous Regeneration - Now regens 12 a round instead of 3, but lasts 1 round every 3 levels instead of 1 for every 2 levels.
Undeath to Death - d6 hit die from d4 per level. Caster level cap increased to 30 from 20.
Stone Bones - +4 from +3.
Clarity - Lasts 4 rounds per caster level instead of 1.
Electric Loop - Medium radius instead of small. 3ft beam radius instead of 1.5ft. 8d6 damage cap instead of 5d6.
Negative Energy Burst - 2d12 base dmg instead of d8. Doubling healing for undead.
Negative Energy Ray - Double healing for undead.
Minor/Globe of Invulnerability - Turns per level from rounds.
Virtue - d10 instead of 1 temp hp.
Resistance - Turn per level instead of 2 turns flat.
Finger of Death - 4d10 base dmg instead of 3d6.
Weird - Damage caster level x d8 instead of half caster level x d6. Scales to level 30 caster instead of 20.
Prismatic Spray - Fire dmg 12d12 from 20. Positive 12d12 dmg from 40 acid. Electricity dmg 12d12 from 80. Petrify save instead of bebilith venom.
Ball Lightning - Now fires 10 1d6 electrical dmg orbs and 10 1d6 positive dmg orbs from 15 1d6 electircal orbs.
Incendiary Cloud - 6d8 enter dmg from 4d6. 8d8 heartbeat dmg from 4d6.
Chain Lightning - d8 base instead of d6. Scales to level 30 from 20.
Firebrand - Caster level cap increased to 30 from 15.
Cone of Cold - Caster level cap increased to 30 from 15.
Flamestrike - Caster level cap increased to 30 from 15.
Ice Storm - 4d8 base bludgeoning dmg from 3d6, d8 cold dmg progression from d6.
Fireball - 15 caster level dmg cap from 10.
Scintillating Sphere - 15 caster level dmg cap from 10.
Lightning Bolt - 20 caster level dmg cap from 10.
Call Lightning - 15 caster level dmg cap from 10.

Divine Might, Divine Shield, Curse Song, Bard Song, Divine Wrath, Frenzy, Assassin's True Strike, and a few other class abilities that used to take a full round to cast are now a free action. (Loops)
Peerless Archer no longer has sneak attack. Instead, Power Shot now always suffers a -5 AB penalty, but the damage bonus increases to 10, 15, and 20 respectively. Fletching no longer costs xp and is much more affordable. Fletching 5 now gives you a 500 stack of Star Piercers. You can also now also toggle power shot off, yay. (Madhashi3, Numbers)
Barbarian Rage now scales to +8 str/con and +4 will at level 15, +12 str/con and +6 will at level 20, and +16 str/con and +8 will at level 21. More bonuses may be added later, and might also scale further into epics.
Dirge Singer now gets Extra Music and Lingering Song. Dirge Song has been vastly improved. Culling Song DC stacks quickly and now bypasses Death Immunity.
Frenzy damage immunities now only consist of 50% physical and 25% elemental. The +6/+10 constitution bonus has been fixed.
Power Attack/Improved Power Attack are now as follows: -3 AB for +5 Damage and -6 AB for +10 damage respectively. (Madhashi3)
Dragons no longer have Knockdown.
Dungeon Delver and Dirge Singer minor bug fixes from last update. (Loops)
Avernus Sigil door fixed.

Ten vaults have been added to the Outlands. Find Vault Keys to gain access to great loot if
you can defeat the guardian.
Mages will have a little easier time against epic bosses.
Zhalxos' random unique drops have been improved.
Zhalxos' treasure room has been boosted.
Four new dungeons ranging from low to upper teens.
A handful of old bosses now give boss xp and drop better unique items.
Koren Ogre dungeon has been expanded and has a new boss.
Yuan-ti dungeon through the Slags has a new boss.
Bakemono mansion has a new boss.
Manslayer Scorpion dungeon has a new boss.
Merchants will now only buy items of their respective trade.

Various epic dungeons have been expanded and improved.

Artifact pieces have now been added to tier 4 loot. Collecting each of the four unique pieces to form a complete artifact allows one to choose an eldritch/artifact item from an existing list. No weapons are included.
Loot improvement and general bug fixes in many dungeons, especially entry-level.
There are dozens of new consumable items sold around the module and now finetuned. Many can be found in multiple places with prices varying depending on the difficulty to reach them.
CR of many epic dungeons has been corrected and now finetuned to help with epic XP gain.
CR of the lowest entry-level dungeon monsters have been slightly artificially inflated to help with early XP gain with no increased difficulty.
The Lower Ward Necrolab loot no longer breaks, and general dungeon improvements. Boss also updated.
Early dungeon loot improvements, including better loot spawn ratio, fewer locked/trapped loot, and more loot in dungeons with previous sparse loot.
Bebilith in the Astral dungeon now spawns and respawns consistently. Loot added.
A handful of new doors in Sigil, some to be finetuned later.
The air genasi widget gives flight as a spell instead of one jump.

Below you will find the changelog of mechanics from Sigil: Planar Legends. These date from March 30th, 2014 and were transcribed from the defunct Enjin Forum on the 13th of April, 2023. Any after this date were added directly to this wiki page. Where possible, elements such as formatting and typos have been preserved from Enjin. The format of each changelog transcript title is {BUILD_NUMBER - DAY/MONTH/YEAR - ORIGINAL_AUTHOR}.

The transcribed authors are those who made the original changelog forum posts, with individual contributors (where possible) mentioned in the post. Any posts after the 13th of April, 2023 will not mention an author but will include contributors where possible. Due to the nature of forum-based logging, not all dates are confirmed to be accurate. Some earlier changelogs may be duplicates, and hotfixes and updates with minimal/no information are not included.
