Personality
Celia comes off as an insane maniac to most. She is often impulsive, chaotic, and all-around strange, and to many people she is insane and stupid. Common sense is a foreign subject to her, and she knows very little of social norms, and shares almost none, all-too-often saying and doing things that are innocent, overly-charitable, nonsensical, rude, and hostile, causing her to piss many people off and seemingly making it very difficult for others to get close to her. At other times, she is quiet, and seems to be at least halfway intelligent, though a bit depressed, perhaps. Little else is known about her.
Relationships
A lot of people dislike or hate Celia, or at least seem to, and it is difficult to tell how many like her. While it seems like she has few friends or allies, it is also possible that people have a hard time showing such. As far as she believes, though, her only possible friends are in Charley Thorne and Xallulamious, if that. Her perceived enemies, on the other hand, are many. The worst-looking cases are with Eidothea, who judges her, Aria, who considers her an insane moron and is irrevocably pissed off at her. How much of this is true is unknown, except to the individuals. It is certain, however, that many people in the Hive District of Sigil want her head, along with some unidentified groups in Ribcage, and she is certainly unwelcome in Thay, of where she is an escaped slave and experimental subject, who slaughtered numerous members of several houses of the Surthion region.
Appearance
Celia walks and moves without grace or efficiency. Her movements, while not masculine, are unsure and unsteady, perhaps being forceful. Surrounding her is a pretty clear aura of magic at almost all times, possibly because of a blanket of enchantments she constantly maintains over herself more than anything. Her body is slender and athletic, and she looks like she may travel a lot, though she's far from a brute. Her complexion is okay for the most part, except for a long, dark, vertical scar across her back, like she was almost cut in half by a greatsword, and some faded burns across her entire body that can be noticed by some observation.
Goals
Celia has little for goals, as she is usually caught up in the moment. Still, her biggest desires are to become a stronger wizard, and create a place of belonging. While she has been improving on the former, she has so far felt quite alienated from Sigil, undoubtedly due to her strange behavior.
