Empirically

Saevio Silverbludgeon is a tall man, towering at six feet. He carries himself with a veteran musculature, distributed in thick but even doses throughout his form. Bulky without appearing overbearing, Saevio marks his step without submission and with his head held high. Black hair, hinting at a light grey, cascades down to his thick trapezius muscles - its complimented by greying scruff found along his face. A scar runs a diagonal length across his lips, noting that they were once split apart.

The years he's stacked are offset by the vigor found in his emerald eyes; a physical feature that makes it impossible to betray his young spirit. It's a noble, uncompromising look that even his ripening age has not been able to catch.

On his left bicep is etched a large, red X. His right bicep depicts a pink sakura flower underneath two crossed silver-hammers.

Historically

Historically, Saevio's an open book. But that doesn't stop people from conjecturing about him over a flagon or two!

Born on Toril and raised by Dwarves, it's not entirely clear to the public ear how he became a foster child. It's said he was a Noble's son, kidnapped and ransomed off to the highest bidder - that happened to be a Duergar. Of course, those dark creatures don't really have exceptional prospects at living a long life. Found by a Dwarven contingency, he was adopted into the Silverbludgeon family and renamed Saevio (which, for those versed in the rough Dwarven dialects means, "tantrum, rage").

It was in Citadel Felbarr that Saevio grew to be a well-adjusted, Dwarven boy...until he started growing taller and taller and suffered a cultural identity-crisis. It was then that he travelled, by his own words, to the country of Cormyr...quoted as "the most mentally deficient place on Toril". It was here that the ceiling for his skill with using and crafting weapons skyrocketed. But alas, he would leave the crappy country behind to move East, towards the actually interesting parts of Faerun. He passed through Rashemen and claims to've joined a Lodge there, only to leave it behind and settle in Shou Lung.

It's 'during' Shou Lung that this story, whether true or false, takes a more sober turn. A man forged with the fires of hate and anger, tempered by his own blood and that of his many enemies...fell in love. A deep love, it was, and none truer. A love that took physical form and produced for him and his woman a beautiful, baby girl. But desiny sought no reprieve for the barbarian as he approached the happy twilight of his life; it shook the snowglobe and caused a storm. Wife and child killed and a man displaced, thrown into the grips of the Multiverse with naught but a baby's blanket and two hammers. This is where we find Saevio Silverbludgeon now, for better or for worse, to face the challenges to come.

Socially

Saevio's a pretty polarizing figure in social politics. While his forthright and open nature endears some, it can alienate others.

Famous for her position as a "mother" to many adventurers, Alea Arthyr took Saevio on as an apprentice herbalist. They often go on trips with one another to secluded, wild parts of the Multiverse to "pick roots" (if that's what people call it, nowadays). It was in large part through the priestess that Saevio came to be introduced to the other women of Sigil, though with a lower batting average. The game between himself and Joanna Smythe is entirely unstable - she seems to be all smiles to everyone but him, and probably for good reason. Every interaction they have's met with a new argument or tension, and it's not exactly evident how that dynamic came to be.

A similar dynamic is present with himself and a certain brothel owner. I mean, Saevio can be crass, but that bitch is one rusty spoon. Though unlike her student, it seems Naaziira's capable of giving Saevio moments of calm and understanding before plunging into his destructive attitude with her own. This relationship is completely flipped when it comes to whatever's developed between Saevio and Jaelle. Their relationship borders on very public affection; a berk'd note that she does a lot of whispering with him where she might find herself like a wallflower with others.

If the two've got something going, she's in for what might be a rough ride. Although nothing's confirmed, The Tailed Tailor's attendant Frida's blush gives people a pretty obvious hint as to the nature of Saevio and Moreg's...dynamic. Though she's apparently not the only tiefling that's made some blushy claim over the barbarian.

Still! If I sat here rambling about every woman he's come into some mentionable contact with, we'd go for a few pages at least. He has plenty of male relations as well - and in equal polarity. Despite what amounts to different life approach and physical priorities, Saevio and Alec seem to have a rather mature respect for one another - usually summed up in a silent nod or an exchange of their flasks. Things are a little less respectful between Seluil and him; it's difficult for the barbarian to stay in the same place as the Elf for too long, but recent interactions appear tame enough.

The Keel crew get on well enough with Saevio; Balthazar and him speak on rather equal ground, though it's said that Saevio once tried to eat Treylile and finds his cowardice both amusing and pitiful. Jocelyn publically challenged Saevio to a duel after the latter had denounced Cormyr as "retarded"; either the Cipher's a great loser or a huge beta, since he's regarded Saevio with a rather deep respect since then. Saevio's also claimed Face is his friend, as far as Face keeps friends.
