Wispling

The small and deceptive wisplings are halflings with the blood of Tanar'ri. They tend to have light brown skin and bright red hair. They are unnaturally stealthy, and have trouble standing still for any length of time.

Racial Traits

• -2 str, +4 dex, +2 int
• Feat: Alter Self (1/day)
• Darkvision: Wisplings can see in the dark up to 60 feet. Darkvision is black and white only, but it is otherwise like normal sight, and wisplings function just fine wtih no light at all.
• Level Adjustment: +1

Setup Instructions

• Create your character with the Halfling race, enter Wispling as the Subrace, and contact a DM to set up your racial traits.
• The ability score modifications, compared to the standard Halfling, are: +2 Dexterity, +2 Intelligence.
