True Necromancer
Power corrupts. Power over life and death corrupts absolutely. The power to raise the undying, unkillable servant from the husk of the formerly living is seductive, darkly tempting and certainly evil. Those who seek such undying obedience from the dead willingly tread the path of necromancy.
Requirements
Alignment: Any Non-Good
Skills: Knowledge (Arcane) 7 ranks, Knowledge (Religion) 7 ranks
Spells: Wizard level 3, Cleric level 3
Special: Must possess the Death cleric domain, also must select the True Necromancer feat which is unlocked by being a third level cleric with the death domain.
Hit Die: d4
Proficiencies: True Necromancers gains no additional proficiencies
Skill Points: 2 + INT
Class Skills: Concentration, Craft, Decipher Script, Forgery, Knowledge (all), Lore, Profession, Search, Spellcraft

Turn Undead
True Necromancer levels stack with cleric levels for turning and rebuking undead.
Necromancer
Count all spellcasting levels for the purpose of Necromancy spells. For example, a Cleric 5/Wizard 5/True Necromancer 1 will cast all Necromancy spells as an 11th level caster.
Zone of Desecration
Produce an aura that increases undead's hitpoints, attack, and damage while within the aura. At 5th level, this aura's size increases by 10' per level.
Energy Drain
At 10th level, the True Necromancer can cast Energy Drain 1x/day as a spell-like ability
Important Note: Take the "True Necromancer (Arcane)" prestige class if you wish to advance your Arcane spellcasting, and "True Necromancer (Divine)" if you wish to advance your Divine spellcasting.
