This section of the wiki details canon, and non-canon NPCs of note. It is designed to be informative for new and old players alike, and can be used as a resource for lore and roleplay. t's important to highlight that all non-canon NPCs explicitly acknowledge the primary Dungeon Master overseeing them. Unless the responsible DM grants permission, sole control over the respective NPC remains with them.

Unlike most bitter Athar, Factol Terrance trusts the multiverse and wants to spread his cool attitude quietly. This ex-priest chucked Mishakal after realizing his own smarts solved his problems, not gods. Now, he leads the Athar with calm reason, befriending Ambar and pitying the destructive Pentar. He's no firebrand, just a steady hand navigating the Cage's chaos.

Ambar's a top bloke, beloved by his Godsmen crew. He values folks over fancy beliefs and wants the whole bunch to flourish. Sure, he's a bit long-winded, but his songs are top notch! He lost his loved ones to stuffy elf kin, but used his wit and gems to find a home among the Believers of the Source. Now he's Factol, leading his crew with kindness and a touch of poetry.

Born in Sigil's grimy Hive, half-orc Lhar found his true kin in the Bleak Cabal. Orphaned young, he clawed his way up, fightin' tooth and nail. Even the madness whispers of the Grim Retreat couldn't hold him down. Now Factol, he ain't just about death and despair. He sees the squalor and wants to build, expand the Gatehouse, house more lost souls. Risky, sure, but Lhar's no stranger to scars. He'll take the hits, keep the Cabal strong, and maybe, just maybe, bring a smidge of light to the Cage's dark corners.

Xaos-born Pentar, Doomguard Factol, ain't your usual firebrand. Sure, she preaches chaos and trains to muck up the Modron parade, but her real kick? Watchin' her own crew crack at the seams, maybe crumble altogether. Ain't about order or destruction, this one - just pure, twisted glee in the face of entropy. Don't be fooled by her ranger cloak, she's a whisperer, a chaos butterfly waitin' to unleash the storm within her own nest. Bonkers fun, that one.

Skall, the Dustmen's Factol, ain't exactly lively, mate. No one remembers him ever bein' different, and records? Forget about it. This bloke's been leadin' these death-lovin' weirdos for longer than the Cage itself! He whispers the secrets of True Death, keeps the Dustmen creepin' on, some reckon he's just a puppet for the faction, others say he's the oldest power this side of the Lady. Either way, one thing's for sure: mess with the Dustmen, you mess with Skall, and that ain't a party you wanna RSVP to.

Duke Rowan Darkwood, Factol o' the Fated? Now there's a bloke who stirs the Cage! Prime-born, popped into Sigil just a year ago, and bam, skyrocketed faster than a rogue meteor. Ain't everyone's cup o' tea, this Taker bloke. Some reckon he's spun a fancy yarn about his past, Toril noble turned Ysgard warrior, all that tripe. He struts, barks orders, pisses off the Guvners and the Lawful lot, especially that Sensate vixen Erin Darkflame. He's got secrets, though, a crew diggin' through the Hall of Records for dirt on his enemies, whispers of whispers about a power grab with the Mercykillers' Alisohn. One thing's for sure: Duke Rowan's ain't here to play tiddlywinks.

Now, here's a paladin who ain't just all bark and no bite. Friendly, strong, and honest as a lawful good bard's love song. He's been spreadin' the Harmonium word in Sigil for two decades, even got some unlikely allies like Erin Montgomery of the Sensates. Some say they're more than pals, but that's about as believable as a Giff with good table manners. Married with nine kids? Yeah, this ain't your typical power-hungry Factol. He's out there walkin' the streets, bustin' skulls, and keepin' things lawful, all while raising a battalion of miniature Hardheads.

Picture this: a fiery chick, barely outta her teens, sits on the Factol's throne of the Mercykillers. Alisohn Nilesia, they call her, a half-fiend hellion with eyes like burning embers and a heart colder than a Bleaker ice shelf. Born in the Cages' own iron belly, the Prison, she grew up sucklin' on the Red Death's law, its harsh edicts her lullaby. Justice ain't just a word for her, it's a blood oath, a whispered promise she made in the shadows.

Wispy and wise, Darius the Veyl, Factol of One, sees worlds deeper than any Gith. Her whispers soothe like starlight, her mind a labyrinth of futures. Forget power grabs, she craves empathy, mending Sigil's cracks with understanding, not blades. Even the uptight Athar get her gaze, tolerance her dandelion dream. Yet, she gambles with the dead god Aoskars, a dance on a tightrope between paradise and the Lady's wrath. Watch this veiled enigma, for in Sigil, her every step could rewrite the Cage's song.
