Character Customisation

Tiefling/Aasimar trait feats and rules. (Aasimar traits haven't been fully defined by the Blue DMs officially, so be vague with that for now. For reference, without bloodlines - you can have one trait, with bloodlines two traits, and with wings three traits. You're not required to take wings for the third trait (despite it being called wings) but you are required to have the trait to have wings.
